A talent pool is a database of candidates who have expressed an interest in looking for employment either now or in the near future. All our talent pool candidates are pre-screened by our consultants via phone and face-to-face interviews.

How does it work for your business?

If you are wanting to fill a vacancy without going to market, either due to time restraints or commercial sensitivity our talent pool can fill that gap. We aim to quickly understand your business, your requirements and the type of person that will best fit the role; we then search our talent pool to select a candidate(s) that matches your business requirements.

Once we have identified potential high calibre candidates we:

1. Conduct a thorough pre-screen through interviews and phone conversations
2. Make recommendations to you on potential candidates that we believe will fit your role and why
3. Arrange the interviews, prepare the questions and interview alongside you if required
4. Conduct all referee checks, and we can prepare the Letter of Offer and Individual Employment Agreement
