Matt Marshall

Business Advisory Services, Director, Tauranga

Matt began his career with Baker Tilly Staples Rodway Tauranga in 2009, after graduating from the University of Waikato, and he became a director in 2025. He works with clients across a broad range of industries, delivering tailored compliance and management advisory services. 

He has a particular passion for business valuations, helping clients gain clarity and confidence around the value of their business or shares. Matt brings a practical, client-focused approach to supporting business success.

Outside of work, Matt’s an avid golfer and enjoys spending time on the water with his family.
