Roger Shackelford

Roger joined Baker Tilly Staples Rodway Wellington as a Tax Partner on 1 January 2016 after 12 years as a Partner at BDO.

He is an experienced and capable tax adviser with a focus on providing practical tax solutions that work commercially. Roger works alongside his clients so that the tax and business advice he provides is concise, tailored for the client's specific requirements, and achieves the best possible outcomes. He has extensive experience advising private businesses at all stages of growth, corporates, and not for profits.

Roger established and leads Baker Tilly Staples Rodway's Tax 111 Q & A Service with Thomson Reuters.

Well known on the tax speaking circuit, Roger delivers high quality presentations that are informative and entertaining. He is regular presenter for Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand.
