Kerry spends most of her time within the employment relations space. Whether this be undertaking workplace investigations, collective bargaining, restructuring and redundancies, providing support and solutions for disciplinary, performance, absenteeism, HR generalist matters or navigating clients through personal grievances, mediations and the employment authority.

As an accredited leadership coach and trained restorative practitioner, Kerry weaves her many skills into her employment relations work.
